Firefox 15.0.1 private build TEST2.
- Stopped the multithreaded processing for box blur, but I moved some calculations out of loops and this allows to process the box blur slightly faster.
- Enabled recognition of OMP_NUM_THREADS environment variable. The default value of num in the Visual C++ implementation of the OpenMP standard is the number of virtual processors, including hyperthreading CPUs, but the default value of num in my builds is the number of physical cores of CPUs.
- Multithreaded the two routines of SVG (nsSVGFETileElement::Filter, nsSVGFEColorMatrixElement::Filter).
- Fixed the problem that some SIMD routines were not used in qcms. It's my bad.
- Stopped separating libpixman into a mozlibpixman.dll.
